Each year, Blue Cross employees conduct creative fund-raising campaigns to support the United Way, which funds many community agencies throughout Louisiana. The company matches employee donations dollar-for-dollar.

While much emphasis is given to Capital Area United Way because it services the area where our headquarters are located, all employees can elect to support their local United Way through our annual campaign.  For a list of United Ways within the state of Louisiana, visit the Louisiana Association of United Ways’ website.

United Way envisions a world where all individuals and families achieve their human potential through education, income stability and healthy lives. To advance the common good and mobilize the caring power of communities around the world, United Way will:
