Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana is proud of its involvement in helping build a better community by “giving back.” The communities in which we live and work are a significant component of our business and personal lives, and we are committed to supporting them in a way that is consistent with our guiding principles.

• Sponsorships usually offer Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana opportunities, such as advertising and event tickets, to promote and enhance our brands and/or increase business. These benefits are not required.
• Sponsorships are used most often to conduct fundraising events. For example:
  • Walks
  • Races
  • Conferences that help raise awareness of an organization’s programs

Submitting Requests

Applications are reviewed each quarter. All requests for charitable contributions or sponsorships must be received on our official application by 4:30 p.m. on the following dates:

If the application deadline falls on a weekend, the application is due by close of business the Monday immediately following the deadline.
